Qualifications & experience
Seeking experienced candidates with relevant experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial and accounting management.
- Proven track record in working with government entities, specifically in preparing financial budgets and monitoring deviations.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle eBS R12 and Hyperion systems.
- Possession of professional certifications in accounting such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA.
- Master's degree in management or accounting.
- Able to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and guide staff in financial management processes.
- Provide technical expertise on financial programs and reports.
- Oversee budget monitoring, deviation analysis, and modification processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for process enhancements and efficiencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management.
