Graphic Design Specialist

We are looking for a talented Graphic Design Specialist who will be responsible for designing visually captivating graphics and artwork for projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, creativity, and proficiency in graphic design software. This role will also involve managing content creation and engagement across social media and digital platforms, as well as producing high-quality digital media products, including photography, videography, and editing.

Qualifications & experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, or digital media production.
  • Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing design work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of photography, videography, and editing techniques is a plus.
  • Passion for creativity and innovation in design and digital media.

Key responsibilities 

  • Manage and optimize media platforms, including websites, and social media channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance audience engagement and retention.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of our media platforms and content.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital media and news delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and coherence in design across various platforms and channels.
  • Provide training and support to staff on media platform usage and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for digital media and news delivery.
